Fans have been waiting with bated breath for Hulu to announce its 2018 midseason programming schedule, counting down the days until Season 2 of the Emmy Award-winning series The Handmaid's Tale. The streaming service revealed on Tuesday that Handmaid's Season 2 will have an April 2018 release and include 13 episodes.
Hulu also set premiere dates for Season 3 of The Path, a new limited series called The Looming Tower, and a new drama called Hard Sun.
The show just refuses to kill some characters off.

THE HANDMAID'S TALE

Synopsis: The Emmy-winning drama series returns with a second season shaped by Offred’s pregnancy and her ongoing fight to free her future child from the dystopian horrors of Gilead. “Gilead is within you” is a favorite saying of Aunt Lydia. In Season Two, Offred and all our characters will fight against – or succumb to – this dark truth.
Wherever the Hulu series takes its characters, Season 2 promises answers.
