Sam Champion

Sam Champion worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. In 1988, he began working as a weatherman at WABC-TV's "Eyewitness News" in the New York tri-state area. In 2008, he made a guest appearance on Food Network series "Paula's Party." Champion worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Good Morning America" (ABC, 1975-2014). He went on to act in "Savage Planet" (1999-2000), "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (ABC, 2003-2013) and "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23" (ABC, 2011-13). More recently, Champion appeared on "The 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards" (CNN, 2012-13). Champion's husband was Rubem Robierb.
