Greg Gutfeld

Greg Gutfeld is an American television host, political commentator, comedian, and author best known for his work on Fox News, where he hosts the late-night show Gutfeld! and co-hosts the panel program The Five.

Born in San Mateo, California, in 1964, he graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in English and began his career in print journalism, working as a writer and editor for magazines like Men’s Health, Stuff, and Maxim.

His television career took off with the launch of the satirical news program Red Eye, which ran on Fox News for several years. Gutfeld is known for his libertarian views and caustic sense of humor, often skewering both left and right political extremes. In addition to his TV work, he is the author of several bestselling books that mix political critique with personal commentary, such as The Joy of Hate and Not Cool.

In 2025, he launched a new game show on Fox Nation called What Did I Miss?, which plays on media literacy by challenging contestants who’ve been isolated from the news to identify real versus fake headlines. Gutfeld is married to Elena Moussa, a former photo editor, and the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Mira, in late 2024.
