Stephanie Sloane

Stephanie Sloane knew she was destined to write about soaps when, as a grade schooler, she scheduled her orthodontic appointment around Luke and Laura's wedding on General Hospital. A native of New York City, she landed at Soap Opera Digest after college, where she remained for over 30 years before joining TV Insider and TV Guide Magazine. When she's not keeping the family trees of the Quartermaines, Newmans, Forresters, and Newmans straight, she will likely be watching any of the Bravo franchises, Hallmark Channel, Jeopardy!, The Great British Baking Show or enjoying the final episodes of Blue Bloods.
