Neil Patrick Harris on Fellow Emmy Host Andy Samberg: ‘I Think He Did a Great Job’
Neil Patrick Harris knows a thing or two about hosting: Emmys, Oscars, Tonys, live variety shows—you name it, NPH has served as emcee.
So while getting ready for the second episode of NBC’s Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick Harris tomorrow night, the two-time Emmy host (2009, 2013) briefly opined on last night’s performance by Andy Samberg:
“Oh I think Andy did a great job. He just has that smile—the way that he smiles is perfectly in line with his sense of humor, and it’s great for something like the Emmys, which needs to take itself seriously but not so much.”
That’ll do, Samberg. That’ll do.
