Actress Laura Sisk Wright is most commonly known for her roles in television dramas. Wright's career started out on the small screen, landing roles on the series "Guiding Light" (CBS, 1951-2009) and "Loving" (ABC, 1982-1996). Wright won an Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series Daytime Emmy Award for "General Hospital" in 2011.
Later, she acted in "The 12th Annual Soap Opera Awards" (NBC, 1995-96) and "The City" (ABC, 1995-97). More recently, Wright acted on "Hit the Floor" (VH1, 2012-15).
