American Ninja Warrior, "Kansas City Qualifying" (Monday, June 1, 8/7c, NBC)

Forget the barbeque. When NBC's American Ninja Warrior rolls into Kansas City, Missouri, tonight, it's the competition that will be cooking as Midwest athletes tackle the tough obstacle course for their shot at the million dollar grand prize. A handful of brand new obstacles will be unveiled tonight including Big Dipper, Floating Tiles and Stretch Hold, and some familiar faces will be on hand, including Meagan Martin, the first woman to ever complete the Jumping Spider challenge in last year's National Finals. Denver resident Brian Arnold and his rock climbing team named the "Wolfpack" are also back for another shot at glory. These ninja warriors will all get a harsh lesson in determination, guts and strength as they face the most challenging course to date. On your mark, get set, go!
