‘Sanditon’ Season 2: Latest Teaser Previews Charlotte’s Many Suitors (VIDEO)
Sanditon‘s Season 2 premiere grows closer each passing day and BritBox is giving fans a closer look at what’s to come with a special new teaser.
The UK-based streamer, which will run the show’s upcoming episodes in conjunction as they air on PBS, offered a glimpse into Charlotte Heywood’s (Rose Williams) return to the seaside resort town and the potential romances that will ensue. “Charlotte, are you not excited to be returning?” Charlotte’s sister Alison (Rosie Graham) asks excitedly.

The pair venture together to visit the coastal spot where in Season 1, Charlotte fell for Sidney Parker (Theo James). The experience has left her feeling a bit burnt out on the whole institution of love, something that Alison is all too eager to explore.
“How are we to attract rich husbands unless we look the part?” Alison seems to ask, inquiring about the process of husband-hunting in Sanditon. “I mean to avoid all that,” Charlotte says in return, wary of what love could do to her if she falls for an intelligible bachelor again.
In the meantime, Charlotte finds employment as a governess, and her unique approach appears to catch the eye of Alexander Colburn (Ben Lloyd-Hughes) along with Colonel Lennox (Tom-Weston Jones). And while Charlotte doesn’t feel as though she can find what she had with Sidney, new footage suggests otherwise.
