Danson will star in a new single-camera comedy ordered straight to series by NBC. He’ll play a wealthy businessman who runs for mayor in Los Angeles for all the wrong reasons and has to figure out what he stands for when he wins.
Adam Rodriguez

Next project: Penny Dreadful: City of Angels
Rodriguez will star in the next chapter of Penny Dreadful as Raul Vega, the eldest son of the Vega family. He acts as a father figure to his brother, Tiago, and is described as “a righteous union leader and advocate for his people” and “wise to the ways of the world.”
Katherine McNamara

Next project: The Stand
McNamara has joined the cast of the CBS All Access series as Julie Lawry, described as “a small-town girl with a wild side” and “one of Lloyd’s conquests in Las Vegas.”
Sarah Hyland

Hyland will star and executive produce in an untitled ABC comedy pilot inspired by experiences from her and Gordon’s lives.

Amell is getting back into the wrestling ring with a series regular role on the eight-episode wrestling drama on Starz. His character is the “heel,” the nemesis, inside the ring of his family’s Duffy Wrestling Association (DWA).

Padalecki will star in the reimagining of the 1990s series Walker, Texas Ranger, which starred Chuck Norris. The reboot has landed at The CW for development.
