Marty and Wendy Byrde (Jason Bateman and Laura Linney) seem like a typical middle-class couple with a modest house and two kids. Startup Martin Freeman Crackle

Shady business dealings, an FBI agent (Martin Freeman) on the hunt and a gang leader out for money. It’s all here on Crackle’s 2016–18 thriller, which just dropped on Netflix. Adam Brody plays a Miami financier who stashes ill-gotten cash in a new digital currency company. Seasons 1–3 available

Though it’s a movie, not a series, I Am All Girls features a fierce female protagonist, investigator Jodie Snyman (Erica Wessels), as she aims to bring down an international human-trafficking ring. The thing is, there’s a killer on the loose who’s targeting the traffickers too. Available now
