There still seems to be some disagreement over People magazine’s choice to crown Blake Shelton 2017’s “Sexiest Man Alive.” So much so, that news traveled across the pond to Sir Patrick Stewart, and he felt a little left out.

On Friday morning, the Star Trek star posted a photo of himself on an old TV Guide Magazine cover flexing his biceps, and that put all those other SMAs to shame! He wrote, “Gentlemen, come at me when you are THIS sexy.”

Even 2010’s “Sexiest Man Alive” Ryan Reynolds had to bow down to the greatness that is Sir Patrick. He tweeted: “You’re both just speed bumps on the road to @SirPatStew. Outta the way.”

Shelton had to concede, as well. I mean, who can compete with Professor Charles Xavier? He wrote:
