Christina Haack Shares Major ‘The Flip Off’ Season 2 Filming Updates

Christina Haack dropped some exciting updates about Season 2 of The Flip Off.

In September 2025, Haack confirmed on Instagram that filming for Season 2 of the HGTV competition series had begun. Fast forward to July, Heather Rae El Moussa revealed that the show was still filming new episodes. “Because we are flipping houses, sometimes we have to take a little, tiny hiatus and let the house catch up because, you know, it’s construction and things can take a little bit longer, especially in a competition,” she said in an Instagram Story video at the time.

Now, Haack announced in a Wednesday, October 21, Instagram post that Season 2 filming had officially wrapped, over a year since it began. “And… that’s a wrap. After a flip and a show and even during retrograde – I love you more @cml949,” she wrote alongside a sweet photo of herself and her boyfriend, Christopher Larocca.

Fans shared their excitement in the post’s comments, with one user theorizing, “Is that a ‘winning’ smile I see??” Another said, “YOU DID IT!!! And the while looking. So proud of you.” Someone else shared, “You look beautiful and so happy! Can’t wait to watch!”

In a comment of his own, Larocca teased that he will be Haack’s partner in the Season 2 competition. “What a wild season! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of all of it!” he wrote. “Flipping a house definitely brought us closer. And you look great in that dress. Love you.”

Haack previously played coy when asked whether Larocca would join The Flip Off cast. “He will be involved a little bit,” she told Entertainment Tonight in March.

Heather and Tarek El Moussa also hinted at Larocca’s Season 2 involvement on social media last year by posting pics of him on set. Heather also confirmed that she and Haack would not be competing together in an August Instagram Story post. “I think you’ll definitely love a major twist that is in this season though,” she teased at the time. “None of us saw this coming.”

On Wednesday, Heather shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the cast and crew’s last day of filming. “Big day on set of THE FLIP OFF season 2,” she wrote alongside a snap of Haack’s Clé Cachée champagne.

In a follow-up post, Heather shared a video of herself chatting with Tarek and Haack, seemingly celebrating the season-winning team.

The Flip Off, which debuted on HGTV in 2025, follows Heather, Tarek, and Haack as they find and renovate a home. The team with the biggest return on investment wins. Heather and Tarek were crowned the Season 1 winners.
