Let’s just say that was not the meet-cute she was hoping for.
Below, we’re breaking down the six Season 11 couples’ relationships so far. Scroll to find out which couples made it out of the pod, whether they’re still together, and more.

Sarah & John
Status: Still Together
Are Sarah and John the first Love Is Blind enemies-to-lovers romance? After Sarah overheard John tell another guy right outside of his pod that he just met with his “bottom two,” they shared a heart-to-heart that opened the door for their engagement days later.
While these two arrived in Mexico with high hopes for their relationship, a few of their conversations in the pods have us questioning whether they’re in it for the long haul. After all, we’re not too sure about how John’s stance on the COVID-19 vaccine and his claims about women having abortions “at six months because you just never got around to it” will fly with his healthcare professional fiancée long-term. Only time will tell!

Aneha & Cam
Status: Still Together
When Aneha and Cam first met face-to-face, the energy was awkward, to say the least. She even told him, “We gotta elevate your look,” and that he should pierce his ears. In Mexico, their connection became more natural, and Aneha confessed, “I think I was overwhelmed after I saw you.”
Before their first night together, Aneha told viewers, “I am a more traditional, classy lady. I have not kissed Cam.” For that reason, it’s safe to say that nothing too spicy went down during their first night together.

Michaella & Rob
Status:Still Together
One of the season’s many love triangle leads, Rob found himself caught between Michaella and Diana. While Rob even declared that Diana was his #1, he ultimately realized that his connection with Michaella was stronger and chose to propose to her.
In Mexico, Rob told Michaella, “We laugh a lot. That’s my favorite part, just laughing. I really did appreciate your whole vibe. You were so patient with me.” Michaella added, “Every time you talked, I couldn’t believe the things that you said.” According to her, while certain people would find some things about Rob dealbreakers, they make him her ideal man.
That said, during the preview for the remaining episodes, Rob can be seen getting pretty cozy with Diana at a Pod Squad get-together, so don’t get too attached to this couple just yet.

Wilnie & Wilson
Status: Still Together
This season, Wilson got caught in a major love triangle between Wilnie and Malaine. However, Malaine decided to ghost Wilson after Cam broke things off with her because it was “easier” that way. When Wilnie revealed to Wilson that his other connection left, she accurately predicted, “We’re getting engaged whether you like it or not.”
In Mexico, Wilnie revealed that while she’d gone on a date with a Black man before, this was her first “full-on” relationship with one. Still, she says Wilson is 100% her type. Both Wilson and Wilnie revealed that they cried after their engagement, which was adorable. Later, Wilson told Wilnie, “I feel good. Like, it’s been— It’s been a cozy ride.”

Erika & Blake
Status: Still Together
The pods were anything but smooth sailing for Blake, who was looking for someone who wouldn’t be turned off by his boating lifestyle. Caught between Erika and Benita, Blake knew that Benita may be more open to travel, but his heart pulled him towards Erika, even though he jokingly asked Erika a question that was clearly for Benita. When he broke up with Benita, she told him, “You’re making the biggest mistake of your life.”
After Blake proposed to Erika, the couple traveled to Mexico with the rest of the cast, where Blake explained, “I didn’t think the day before I proposed, I would be thinking about two different women… It [was] just very confusing emotionally.” As Erika put it, “It also doesn’t feel great as the woman.” Could Benita complicate their relationship when they get back to Boston?
Netflix
Jax & Stew
Status: Split
Jax and Stew immediately connected in the pods. However, after deciding they would be a good fit in the pods, Jax was turned off by Stew the second they met in person. When asked how she felt about moving forward with Stew, Jax told a producer, “I don’t know how to answer that. I don’t want to be mean.” She later confessed, “I think I should go home today,” then opted not to talk to her fiancée about calling things off.
After that, a producer told Stew, “Jax has just informed us that she does not want to go to Mexico with you. She asked to go home immediately. We offered her the opportunity for her to sit down and talk with you. She declined.” According to the producer, Jax told production not to give any of her personal or contact information to Stew.
At the end of Episode 5, we returned to their story, with Stew and Jax finally reconnecting in a Boston restaurant. We’ll have to wait until next week to find out how their reunion goes!
