Get to Know ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 11 Star Scott ‘Stew’ Stewart
According to Netflix, “You know [Stew’s] serious about finding that someone because he skipped ‘peak ski season’ in favor of spending time in the pods.” Ahead of the Love Is Blind Season 11 premiere, fans are eager to find out more about Scott “Stew” Stewart.
During Season 11 of Love Is Blind, we’re headed to Boston, or at least the greater Boston area, to fall in love “sight unseen” with a new cast of singles. According to Stew, he’s based in Connecticut and rarely makes it out to Boston for the weekend because he’s “seasonally active.”

Who is Stew on Love Is Blind?
According to Stew’s social media, he is a “New England guy who builds things.” He hails from Boston and the Connecticut shoreline. At 34, Stew is an engineer with multiple patents. Netflix describes him as “Spontaneous Stew,” revealing that “in the winter, he could be on the slopes in Colorado, and in summer months, boating around Block Island, Rhode Island.” After all, he shared with the streamer, “It’s very rare for me to have a weekend back in Boston, and I want someone who’s willing to, at the drop of a hat, join in on some of those adventures.”

What is Stew’s job?
According to his LinkedIn, Stew is a Director of Engineering at SharkNinja, the appliance company. He started his career at the company in 2016 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and worked his way up from Engineering Manager to his current position. He attended Northeastern from September 2010 to May 2015, where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration.
Does Stew get engaged?
We won’t know if Stew gets engaged until Season 11 premieres. However, the trailer implies that he does propose this season. During a montage of men deciding whether to propose, Stew can be seen in a dress shirt and suit jacket. Later, what appears to be the back of his head can be seen in an Irish pub scene back in Boston.

According to Netflix, “Stew values his independence and doesn’t think he’d be able to give that up completely for his partner.” He told the streamer, “There are always going to be times when you need to get away, you need to spend time by yourself, you need to be with your friends. I think that’s important for the longevity of a relationship.” Netflix added, “Another quality that’s important to Stew? Passion! Boring people simply don’t keep his interest.” Luckily, it seems like his journey this season will be anything but boring.
