18 Actors Promoted to Series Regulars Ahead of the 2020-21 Season

With a new season of television comes cast changes. While that does include some departures, there is also good news for some of your favorite characters.

Looking ahead to the 2020-2021 season, there are several previously guest starring or recurring actors who will now be series regulars, which will (presumably) mean seeing more of them. Whether you’re a fan of first responders (like on 9-1-1 and Grey’s Anatomy), superhero dramas (like The Flash), or the courtroom (like All Rise), we’ve got you covered. Described as “incredibly smart, unintimidated, [and] with a dry humor, she’s determined to make herself an invaluable member of the team.” Now, she’ll have more time to do just that.

Not only are we going to see more of Fangs Fogarty with Tanner’s promotion ahead of Season 5, but it sounds like there’s good news for his and Kevin’s (Casey Cott) relationship even after the upcoming time jump of seven years. “We’re all thrilled he’s joining us for season five as a series regular, living with on-again, off-again boyfriend Kevin Keller and Serpent Queen Toni Topaz,” executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said to E! News about Tanner. “Also happy to announce that we’ll see more of Drew SINGING!”
