She played a resistance hero on Revolution, a sex worker on Bates Motel and MacGyver’s traitorous ex-girlfriend. Now Tracy Spiridakos will sport a badge on Chicago P.D. as new robbery homicide detective Hailey Upton, who tangles with Sergeant Voight (Jason Beghe) on a big case in the May 3 episode (10/9c, NBC), her first of at least three appearances. “Voight is impressed with her work,” says executive producer Matt Olmstead, “and offers her a job in his premier unit. People there think it’s a bit dodgy that she got her detective’s badge so young.” The truth: “It was after an undercover assignment she’s forbidden to talk about.”
