Season 1’s Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon’s (Regé-Jean Page) wedding was hastily arranged after they were caught in a compromising position, so they didn’t get a traditional proposal. In fact, in Episode 4, Simon duels Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) instead, and Daphne puts an end to it by announcing that she and Simon will marry.
