‘FBI: Most Wanted’ Series Finale Photos: Team Celebrates With Cake — and Handcuffs? (VIDEO)
What will Remy (Dylan McDermott) have to be willing to do to get the job done in the FBI: Most Wanted finale? The promo certainly teases the possibility of him having to make a decision he will not want to. The good news? The episodic photos (like the ones behind the scenes from filming) reveal the team will be celebrating something, and assuming that’s at the end of the episode, everyone will make it.
The CBS drama ends after six seasons on Tuesday, May 20, with “The Circle Game.” In the final episode of the series, the Fugitive Task Force hunts down a rogue government operative planning a domestic terror attack.
The promo, which you can watch above, shows that the aforementioned operative is “prepared to sell out his country for a huge payday,” as Remy puts it. Then, it looks like when the team finds the suspect, he takes a hostage. “I swore an oath to protect the country you betrayed. If an innocent man has to die in the process, so be it,” Remy says. The suspect thinks he’s bluffing, but Remy warns him, “Try me.”
The penultimate episode of the series saw Remy learn about Barnes (Roxy Sternberg) applying for that new job in DC. She hadn’t told him, she’d explained, because that “would somehow make it all feel real.” She, of course, got the job, and she admitted, “I feel a lot more excited than I expected.”
But the episode ended in such a way that we can’t help but think that Remy is going to be making a change as well: He called Isobel (FBI‘s Alana De La Garza) and asked to talk in person about something else. We’ll have to wait to see what that was about in the finale.
