Michael Strahan‘s twin daughters are all grown up, and fans joined him in celebrating their birthday on social media.
The Good Morning America host shares his five kids with different partners. He welcomed his eldest two children, Tanita and Michael Jr., with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins, and his twin girls, Isabella and Sophia, with his second wife, Jean Muggli. Strahan and his longtime girlfriend, Kayla Quick, also quietly welcomed a daughter earlier this year.
On Wednesday, October 28, Strahan took to Instagram to celebrate Isabella and Sophia’s birthday by sharing throwback and recent pics of himself and the twins. “Happy 22nd birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan!” he captioned the tribute. “Love you both more than you know. So proud to be your dad.”
The post’s first slide featured a sweet then-and-now split of the father-daughter trio, followed by more photos of Strahan and his daughters over the years, including a fun photo of them posing together on the 2014 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards red carpet.
Isabella thanked her dad in the post’s comments by sharing several heart emojis, joking in another comment that she and Sophia are “so old.” Sophia, for her part, wrote, “Love you so much dad.”

Strahan’s fans and celebrity friends filled the comments section with their own birthday wishes for the twins. “Crazy .. love it!!” wrote Michael Symon. Lara Spencer gushed, “Omg so good. Love you guys.” Rebecca Jarvis shared, “Beautiful family!! HBD @sophialstrahan @isabellastrahan.”
Charissa Thompson commented, “HBD beauties!” Ginger Zee said, “Happiest birthday to you both! @sophialstrahan @isabellastrahan.” Jaleel White quipped, “Happy Birthday, Ladies @isabellastrahan @sophialstrahan It was my honor teaching you both abt the stork.”
One fan wrote, “Stunning daughters, Michael. happy birthday ladies!” Another added, “Beautiful young ladies! Amazing how they get older but daddy looks the same! Happy birthday to the girls!”
Someone else shared, “Happiest of birthdays you two! Hope all your wishes come true!” A different person posted, “Just beautiful. Strahan’s twins have made headlines over the years, as Isabella was diagnosed with brain cancer in October 2023. She celebrated the end of her chemotherapy treatment in June 2024 and announced she was cancer-free the following month.
Isabella and Sophia are currently college students at the University of Southern California and Duke University, respectively.
