That’s a wrap! Paradise creator Dan Fogelman took the Season 3 action to Washington, D.C., with stars Sterling K. Brown and Julianne Nicholson to shoot some of the series’ final scenes.

The showrunner posted on Instagram to celebrate the momentous occasion. “Finishing where it (fictionally) started. That’s an official series wrap on Paradise. Can’t wait to share S3 w everyone. I’ll miss this show and the people who made it. Until the next one…” he wrote, hinting at more to come.

But what could Fogelman be alluding to? He could be pointing to his next Hulu drama series, The Land, which reunites him with another This Is Us vet, Mandy Moore, alongside a bevy of talent, including Christopher Meloni, William H. Macy, Chace Crawford, and others. There is also a chance he’s hinting at Only Murders in London, the sixth season of the comedy series he’s executive produced for the streamer.

Either way, this Paradise post is sure to elicit strong emotions from fans, who will have to say goodbye to Brown’s Xavier Collins, a man tasked with saving the world by Nicholson’s Sinatra, who memorably sacrificed herself so the people who lived in the titular bunker could escape before a devastating meltdown.

The post-apocalyptic drama hinted at further disaster if Xavier doesn’t manage to get survivors to another secretly built bunker before the next predicted weather event occurs above ground. Fogelman’s social media post reveals that despite wrap reports in August, there was just a little more filming left to be done on location in Washington.
