‘Love It or List It’: Page Turner Gives Major Season 21 Filming Update
What To Know
- Page Turner announced she is traveling to Toronto to begin filming Season 21 of HGTV’s Love It or List It,
- It will be her second season as cohost after replacing Hilary Farr.
- HGTV confirmed in August 2025 that Love It or List It had been renewed.
HGTV star Page Turner provided an exciting update about the 21st season of Love It or List It while sharing a heartfelt tribute to her mom, Patricia, who died in June 2025.
Turner took to Instagram on Tuesday (February 17) to reveal she was flying from Los Angeles to Toronto to begin filming a new season of the long-running home design show. While it marks the show’s 21st season overall, it will be Turner’s second season as cohost since taking over from Hilary Farr, who retired in 2023.
“Flying from home in LA, back to my other home in Toronto to get back to work & wearing my Mama’s scarf is (now) always such an emotional sitch,” Turner wrote alongside a selfie on a plane. “I used to be so thrilled landing in Toronto and being so grateful God included my Mom in my full circle journey.”
She explained how her first show, Flip or Flop Nashville, was filmed in Nashville, where her dad is from, and her next show, Fix My Flip, took place in L.A., where she was born and raised. But she always felt bad that she didn’t have a show that honored where her mom was from: Toronto.

However, Turner’s prayers were answered when she became David Visentin‘s new co-host on Love It or List It, which films in Toronto.
“So now, I’m brought FULL CIRCLE as your new, amazinggggg & brilliant 🤣👸🏽 Co-host on #LoveItoListIt @hgtv where??? … 🥁🥁in TORONTO!!” Turner continued. “Not only where my Mom is from, but also where my beloved parents met 🥹I’m so ridiculously honored & grateful to be here & working in my dream, my mind is blown every day!”
Turner’s mom passed away on June 25 last year after a battle with breast cancer. She was 84.
Reflecting on her mother’s passing and landing in Toronto without her there, Turner said, “Now that my sweet Mama has left me in this realm, there are different feelings of such absence landing here, but at the same time, soooo such immense gratefulness that God Himself ordered my steps, promotion & elevation to complete such a full circle journey. I’m so blessed she got to see it happen.”
Love It or List It aired its 20th season 2025, with Turner making her first appearance as Visentin’s new co-host. The pair will return for Season 21, which is set to begin production and air at some point later this year.
