Lara Trump

Former television producer Lara Trump was born Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University and also studied at the French Culinary Institute in New York, before becoming a producer for the TV news magazine "Inside Edition" (CBS, 2012-16).

In 2014, she married Eric Trump. In 2016, she went on to take part in Donald Trump's presidential campaign, supporting her father-in-law, for whom she would become an online producer and fundraiser. She helped support Trump's reelection campaign in 2020, working with far-right names. After joining Fox News as a contributor in 2021, she parted ways with the company a year later. She returned in 2025 to host "My View with Lara Trump."
