At the end of the Season 3 finale, we jumped forward to Spring Break of the Core Four’s senior year — and the bloodied Betty, Archie, and Veronica were burning their clothes, including the beanie belonging to the MIA Jughead.
“After tonight, we never speak of this, ever, not to each other, not to our parents, no one,” Betty said. “We finish our senior year, we graduate, and we’ll go our separate ways. That is the only way we won’t get caught.”
What’s about to happen to them? And should we be worried that Jughead might be dead?

How is Riverdale writing out Fred Andrews?
We know that will be addressed in the Season 4 premiere, titled “In Memoriam,” but all we can do is assume that whatever happens to Luke Perry’s character will be responsible for one of the saddest episodes of the series.
Dean Buscher/The CW
How are the relationships going into Season 4?
Betty and Jughead seemed solid, whatever is about to happen aside. Cheryl and Toni were in a good place as well. But Archie and Veronica’s relationship status may have a question mark, despite the moment they shared on the Grand Hunt, namely because of a certain someone named Reggie.

How will having Charles around affect everyone?
As Jughead and Betty learned after Alice was one of the people to “ascend,” she had been acting as an FBI informant — for Charles, her son and Jughead and Betty’s half-brother. How are Jughead, Betty, and FP (Charles’ father) going to react to having him around?
What happened to the people who drank The Farm’s Kool-Aid?
Those at The Farm “ascended” by the end of the finale, leaving only Kevin behind. “We’ll never see them again.” But where exactly did they go?
Jack Rowand/The CW
How will Kevin be affected by his experience?
Whatever happened to the rest of the people who bought into The Farm’s message, Kevin was the only one left behind, and considering he was one of the most faithful believers, that has to affect him.
How much of a threat is Hiram, even though he’s in prison?
Even behind bars, he was able to arrange for Hermione’s arrest. And he was already planning to do something to Veronica.
What is Cheryl planning to do with Jason’s body?
After discovering that Edgar had dug up her brother’s body, Cheryl turned her back on The Farm. However, she also brought Jason’s body home with her. Should we be worried about Cheryl’s mental state?
Riverdale might have given us some answers with its Season 3 finale, but it also introduced a really crazy — and bloody — mystery with a glimpse into the Core Four's senior year.
But it's not just what leads up to that moment — or the location of one of the characters — that we need to know. We're also wondering about how the events of the third season and the surprises in the finale are going to be addressed in the fall, and how the series is going to be writing out one of its own.
