As Lucifer seeks out a new vessel, he’ll be spending time in a few options…and his best fit is a rock star (Springfield) who is looking to stage a comeback.
Executive producer Andrew Dabb acknowledged it’s a bit tough to find a legit rocker who can actually act, but Springfield fits the bill. He shot his first scene last week, and “he’s doing an amazing job,” Dabb said.

I'm a little wierded out by this. I mean.... Rick Springfield?? So help me, they better not have him mention Sam's dead girlfriend, Jess (Jessie).

Nah...Springfield is a terrible actor. Tried to watch him in a couple of his acting tries but he basically sucks. I'm with everyone else...the jury's out on this casting gaffe.

He was okay on Californication. But I want Mark Pellegrino back!
