‘The Flash’s Ramon Boys Face a Grim Reaper
Only in Central City can you run into a familiar face and want to keep running.
In this exclusive clip from tonight’s episode of The Flash, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and his brother Dante (Nicolas Gonzalez) cross paths with Rupture, an Earth-2 villain who has an axe—or actually, a scythe—to grind with one of the guys for a tragedy they may or may not have had a hand in over in his home timeline.
Of course, even in times of peril, our Cisco is quick with the wit, tossing off a Princess Bride joke at the approaching evil-doer, who then reveals his ties to both of the boys.
Obviously, Cisco is going to need to explain a lot to his flabbergasted bro… If he survives, that is.
The Flash, Tuesdays, 8/7c, The CW.

Anyone else have trouble with the videos on this site? I have what's supposed to be high speed DSL, but the videos all play a few seconds, stall, play a few more seconds, and stall again.

It played fine for me (T1 line at work, though). No video stuttering, but the short ad before the clip is way too loud.

I guess I'm lucky in a way...I didn't get the ad.

Also...once I've finally gotten all the way through the video the first time, it plays ok on repeat viewings.

On this Web site, I always get an ad before the video plays. Ad revenue pays the bills. I get it, but it would be nice if the ads played at the same volume level as the video clips do. Plus, there's no way to control the volume of the ad while it plays, at least not the version of Firefox I'm running. Once the video clip starts, the volume setting magically appears. Grrr. It's like how commercials on TV used to be so much louder than the programs.

I think that's true of most ads attached to videos...loud with no controls. Luckily, I can mute the volume here with just one key press.

Hah, I just noticed I can mute the volume from the keyboard. I'd never noticed that before.

Wow! I'm glad I could help!
