NBC Picks Up ‘Blindspot’ For Full Season

NBC has made the first full-season pickup of the new TV season, ordering the back nine episodes of Blindspot.
Blindspot, which benefits from a strong lead-in from The Voice, is the fall’s No. 1 new show among adults 18-49. According Nielsen, the show is averaging a 2.7 rating in the demo and 9.6 million viewers in same-day ratings. Blindspot also sees a big lift in live+3 ratings, growing by 4.6 million viewers in its first two telecasts.
Sullivan Stapleton, Jaimie Alexander, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza, Ukweli Roach and Ashley Johnson star.
Creator and writer Martin Gero is executive producer with Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Mark Pellington and Marcos Siega.
