Bay Area Real Estate Goes Center Screen on ‘Million Dollar Listing San Francisco’
If you’re going to San Francisco, be sure to wear flowers in your hair—and bring a fat down payment. Million Dollar Listing San Francisco—the latest docuseries in Bravo’s franchise about pricey properties and the cutthroat agents who peddle them—explores the glittering underbelly of the booming Bay Area real estate market.
“With the amazing influx of innovation and tech around here, it’s truly like a gold rush right now,” says Andrew Greenwell, a successful 13-year industry vet.
Greenwell shares screen time—and that’s about it—with two hungry up-and-comers, the well-connected Justin Fichelson and shamelessly cocky Roh Habibi. “I’m so much more seasoned than they are that at first I didn’t understand why they put the three of us together,” says Greenwell. “But it’s fun comparing our different styles.”
