A Country Wedding (Saturday, June 27, 9/8c, Hallmark)

Remember Jesse Metcalfe? The chiseled slab of meat lit hearts ablaze as the shirtless gardener tempting Eva Longoria on Desperate Housewives before dying in a car accident on the series finale of the Dallas revival. Now, the hunk is returning to TV to star in his very own Hallmark movie, A Country Wedding.

Metcalfe will dust off a cowboy hat to play a country superstar who is set to wed a major movie star (Laura Mennell of Syfy’s Alphas). But when he heads to his hometown to sell his family’s old house, he reconnects with a childhood friend (The OC’s Autumn Reeser). Suddenly, his future doesn’t seem so clear, and he’ll have to decide between his fiancée and the cowgirl. Cross your fingers that whatever the choice he makes, it involves taking his shirt off.
