Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s new StarTalk is most definitely the only late-night chat show where the guests are interviewed in New York’s cool Rose Center for Earth and Space. The world’s most famous astrophysicist, and his sidekick Bill Nye the Science guy, as well as a bunch of comics, actors and deep thinkers, connect science and pop culture that’s more Ted Talks and Comic-Con than science class. “Star Trek as Inspiration for the Future” with George Takei is most appropriately the first entry in a series of installments that tackle modern love, Twitter and TV as well as all kinds of space stuff. Pretty stellar indeed.
