Daddy issues have always been a plague for Lucifer so it’s sure to be one hell of a showdown when our handsome devil (Tom Ellis) comes face-to-face with a fella who claims to be the Heavenly Father.
In Monday night’s episode, “God Johnson,” Psych‘s tremendously talented Timothy Omundson turns up as a patient at a psych facility (get it?!) who contends that he is, in fact, Luci and Amenadial’s pops. He is also the prime suspect in a murder that has occurred at the hospital, and given Lucifer’s already low opinion of his dad, we can only imagine that this won’t be the happiest of possible family reunions. It will be, however, magically messed up, especially if Omundson’s character turns out to be telling the truth.
