‘Family Guy’ Clip: Kieran Culkin’s Devil Shows Brian & Stewie Around Hell

Family Guy Halloween Special: Happy Hell-o-ween

Family Guy is heading straight to Hell for its new Hulu-exclusive Halloween special, “Happy Hell-o-ween,” premiering Monday, October 5, and Brian and Stewie are in for one hell of a night.

The special finds Brian and Stewie (both voiced by Seth MacFarlane) invited to the Block Island Ferry Halloween Masquerade Ball, but on the way, they are hit by an SUV and might no longer be part of the mortal realm. As a result of their lack of life, the duo are sent to the underworld to pay for 24 seasons of bad behavior and meet the Devil, played by Succession star and Oscar winner Kieran Culkin.

Naturally, Brian and Stewie prove so irritating that they manage to get on the Devil’s bad side, and somehow wind up running Hell themselves. Now in charge of the fiery realm, they start making a few changes to how things operate, including making all torture voluntary. Needless to say, their attempts to remake Hell in their own image don’t exactly go according to plan, and plenty of devilish hijinks ensue.

In an exclusive clip, Brian and Stewie are given a tour of their new homestead by the Big Man himself, where they discover a special circle of Hell reserved for people who share their Disney+ passwords with family and friends. Gasping in horror, Stewie remarks, “There should be a super Hell for them,” as the pair remain fiercely loyal to their Fox-Disney-Hulu family, even in the afterlife.

Family Guy has a long Halloween history, from “Halloween on Spooner Street” and the Poltergeist parody “Petergeist” to its more recent Hulu specials. In 2024, Peter became a human pumpkin in “Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater,” while 2025’s “A Little Fright Music” had Brian and Stewie attempting to write the ultimate Halloween anthem. Now, the Griffins are taking things even further by making the underworld their latest holiday playground.

“Happy Hell-o-ween” streams on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for U.S. bundle subscribers and on Disney+ in most international markets.
