Food Network Stars Congratulate Duff Goldman on Baby No. 2 With Wife Johnna

Duff Goldman is officially a father of two!

The Food Network star took to Instagram on Friday, April 3, to announce that he and his wife, Johnna Colbry, welcomed their second child. “Happy birthday Samurai Jack Goldman!” he captioned sweet photos of himself, Colbry, and their daughter, Josephine, with baby Sam in the hospital.

He wrote, “Before lil’ Sam came along I was certain that my heart was at capacity. I had no more room to fit any more love because how could I possibly with the two most beautiful girls in the world. I was right, there was no more room. Instead, my heart just grew a few sizes and now my little family is just a tiny bit bigger (7#5oz to be exact).”

Goldman said he’s “so excited to get the chance to raise a good little man into the world,” adding, “I’m so excited for this sweet little baby to live his life and become the man he is destined to be. He’s got the best big sister a kid could ask for and his mommy is the best one I’ve ever seen.”

He ended the post’s caption on a funny note, writing, “Starting off on the good foot, Sam, just don’t do the dumb stuff I did. Invent your own dumb stuff. Go get ‘em, Tiger. I’m rootin’ for you.”

Several of Goldman’s Food Network colleagues shared their congratulations in the post’s comments section. Jesse Palmer left several red heart emojis underneath the post, while Amanda Freitag wrote, “CONGRATULATIONS.”

Alex Guarnaschelli called baby Sam “the cutest,” while Kardea Brown noted, “He looks just like you!!!!” Jeff Mauro commented, “Congrats! The best! So happy everyone is happy and healthy.”
Marcel Vigneron wrote, “Congratulations to you and your growing Family!” Ayesha Nurdjaja gushed, “Congratulations Duff!!! So beautiful. Xo.”

Goldman and Colbry tied the knot in 2019 and became parents with the birth of Josephine in 2021. Goldman broke news that Colbry was pregnant with baby No. 2 via Instagram in November 2025, writing, “Oh boy! @johnnapgoldman has another bun in the oven! I think Josephine is going to be the best big sister ever.”

Last month, Goldman exclusively told TV Insider that his daughter was “stoked” to become a big sister. He added, “Johnna is due in a few weeks and watching her go through the rigors of pregnancy again has been incredible. I don’t know a more natural mom. She just knows what to do intuitively. We got the crib out and dusted it off. It’s been really fun getting ready.”

Goldman followed up Sam’s birth announcement by sharing another adorable picture of the newborn via Instagram. “Look at this lil Easter baby,” he captioned the Sunday, April 5, upload, which featured a snap of Sam taking a nap.
