The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby returned to Instagram on Sunday (April 5) for the first time since the tragic passing of her son, Robert Cosby Jr.
In a heartfelt Easter message, Cosby shared her faith and thanked her friends and fans for their support. “Happy Easter! Why Jesus Rose! Bible: Jesus rose from the dead to fulfill scripture, justify believers, and conquer death, ensuring hope for the resurrection of humanity,” she wrote.
“Love you all. Thank You For Your Prayers,” she continued. “I See All Of you. Love you Sm.”
Many of Cosby’s Bravo family members shared well-wishes in the comments section, including The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey, who wrote, “Love U!”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania added, “Love you Mary have a blessed Easter keeping your Robert jr in my heart always.”

The message comes just a little over a month since Cosby’s 23-year-old son Robert was found dead in Salt Lake City, Utah. According to TMZ, law enforcement responded to a report of a possible overdose and found Robert dead at the scene. An official cause of death has not been confirmed.
In a statement at the time, Cosby shared, “Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God’s promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow.”
Robert occasionally appeared on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, where he opened up about his battles with addiction and mental health.
Cosby was cast as an original member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, appearing in the first and second seasons. After missing the third season, she returned for Season 4 as a friend of the show. She was promoted back to a full-time cast member in Season 5.
