‘Fire Country’: Max Thieriot Teases Someone From Bode’s Past Coming Up

Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) has already gotten one blast from his past in Fire Country Season 4, and another is going to be making an appearance in the rest of the season.
When TV Insider spoke with Thieriot about the crossover with Sheriff Country, we had to find out what’s still to come for Bode in the rest of the season. (The finale airs on May 22.)
“We’re certainly unpacking the Tyler [Conor Sherry] and Chloe [Alona Tal] relationship and dynamic quite a bit,” the star, executive producer, and co-creator teased.
Earlier in the season, Bode reunited with his high school crush Chloe after he rescued her son. There were certainly still sparks — Thieriot and Tal also played love interests on SEAL Team, with their characters marrying and having a child together before his character’s death — but it was complicated by the investigation into what caused the fire that ultimately killed Bode’s dad, Vince (Billy Burke). Though Tyler pointed the finger at Chloe’s boyfriend, Landon (Josh McDermitt), it turned out to be the teen who accidentally started the fire. Still, Bode welcomed Chloe and Tyler into his home, despite how his mother, Sharon (Diane Farr), feels about them; she kicked Chloe out once the truth was revealed.
And now, looking ahead, based on the above photo from the April 10 episode, Bode and Chloe will be growing closer.
Beyond that, “we have a little bit of a bomb drop also at some point that there’s another — somebody else from Bode’s past is going to come into play,” Thieriot said. “May not be the best thing, but …”
Is it ever? As the star has pointed out, “Nothing’s ever easy on Bode, I don’t think. It’s always got to be hard.”
Whatever is coming up, we hope we see Bode leaning on his uncle, Luke (Michael Trucco), a bit. Vince’s brother has certainly matured since we first met him, stepping up with Vince no longer around to do so this season.

Gabriella..please! I couldn't stand that character, but Chloe is such a dud. And at least Gabriella and Bode have chemistry.

I hope the new showrunner is smarter enough to see that the show needs Bodiela back. Focus on them their relationship and building a family together. Audrey nor Chloe nor anyone else will be accepted unless they really give Bode and Gabriella a chance

I hope it is Gabriela but pretty sure it is Cole. The Chloe storyline is so dumb

I don't know who will be back? I think Gabriela will be back at some point but not sure it will be this season. I like Alona Tal but would rather leave that casting with SEAL teams Clay and Stella.
I don't know if we have met the romantic match for body yet, but it will most likely be Gabriella. Just want Bode happy. He is a good guy and deserves some happiness in the romantic world.

You can keep throwing guest star after guest star at us but when are you going to realize we only want Gabs back? Stop this Clay/Stella redo and focus on Bodiela being happy and being the next Vince and Sharon. I am done after this season if she is not back. Bodiela made the show special.

Here I thought I was the only one that didn’t like Chloe. The story is dumb and she is manipulative. I will take Gabs over her any day. I am losing patience though and won’t watch season 5 unless Gabs is back.

Please be Gabriela..Chloe needs to go away. Alona's stint on this show has actually ruined Clay and Stella for me.
