HGTV’s Jenny & Dave Marrs Celebrate a Major Relationship Anniversary

Jenny and Dave Marrs have officially been married for over two decades.

The couple was already married for 10-plus years and had welcomed their five children by the time Fixer to Fabulous premiered on HGTV in October 2019. On Thursday, April 2, Jenny and Dave celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary by reflecting on their 2005 ceremony and relationship history.

“Our wedding day was one of the windiest on record for early April, and my veil and hair twirled throughout the ceremony, as my childhood pastor married us outside,” Jenny wrote alongside a sweet Instagram snap of herself and Dave kissing on the dance floor. “Grandma Shirley sang. Our eyes glistened with joyful tears. My dad painstakingly baked our stunning wedding cake, and because he knows of my deep affinity for cake, he made a miniature version as a gift for each of our 250 guests.”

She continued, “We danced late into the night, surrounded by our family and lifelong friends. We celebrated the absolute wonderment of finding each other. We marveled at the fact that every person we loved most in the world was there, gathered in one room for one magical night. It was a day we would never, ever forget.”

Jenny wrapped up her tribute by writing, “And today, twenty-one incredible, messy, joy-laden, grief-soaked, immensely and abundantly beautiful years later, I love you even more than I did that day. I do, forever and always.”

Dave, for his part, commemorated their 21 years of marriage by sharing a montage of photos of himself and Jenny from over the years. “Happy anniversary to my partner in this life. You have been right by my side through it all,” he captioned the Instagram upload. “Our family, our farm, our business. All the moments; the beautiful, the quiet, the loud, the joyful, and the sad. I can’t wait for the next 21. I love you Jenny Marrs.”

Jenny hopped in the comments of Dave’s post, writing, “What a life we have lived together! I am so immensely grateful for you today and every single day! I love you!!!!”

Fans sent the HGTV stars their own well-wishes in the comments section of both posts. “Happy Anniversary! True love is such a blessing,” one user wrote underneath Jenny’s post. Another added, “You guys are such an amazing and talented couple! Wishing you guys many more years together!!!!”

Someone else shared underneath Dave’s post, “Happy anniversary Jenny and Dave enjoy yourselves with family and friends. Love from Melbourne Australia.” A different person posted, “Happy Anniversary to my favorite HGTV couple. I love your heart Dave.”

Earlier this year, Jenny took to Instagram to reflect on Dave’s second marriage proposal underneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Dave popped the question surrounded by their children in 2023, and the couple renewed their vows last year. (The vow renewal ceremony was featured on a February episode of Fixer to Fabulous.)

“He asked me two summers ago, under the Eiffel Tower (again). This time, surrounded by our legacy,” Jenny captioned Instagram Story pics from the proposal. Referring to the vow renewal on Fixer to Fabulous, she added, “It was so fun to revisit this incredible celebration in last night’s episode.”
