Bachelor Ryan Seacrest Asks Cohost Tanya Rad If Friends Are ‘Single’ After They Constantly Bring Him Up
Is Ryan Seacrest looking for love? The Wheel of Fortune host wondered if his coworkers’ friends were single after they kept asking him to come to events.
On the Monday, August 4, episode of On Air With Ryan Seacrest, he started off by saying, “First Tanya [Rad] was a little annoyed when I heard her a few minutes ago. She said her friends keep asking about what, Tanya?”
“You,” she replied.
“Why? Why are you bothered by it?” Ryan Seacrest wondered with a smile. He asked why she sounded bothered by it, but she assured him she wasn’t.
“Ever since my wedding, I feel like all my friends, if we’re doing anything, they keep saying, ‘What’s Ryan doing? You should invite Ryan. Bring Ryan. Have Ryan come.'” she said.
“These friends are very kind and thoughtful,” Seacrest said.
“Totally, but I’m like, how close did you get to my friends?” Rad jokingly wondered.
“Ryan talked to everybody at that wedding,” their cohost Sisanie butted in. She said he got to know the bartenders, DJ, people serving food, and everybody.
“I spent time with people, I came single, so what?” he asked.

Seacrest pushed the matter further in a fun and joking way: “Are any of these friends available? Is that what you’re trying to say here? Is it a setup?”
Rad shared that the three friends who asked are single.
“Well, let’s go do something,” Seacrest said, which made his cohosts laugh. “What’s the next thing you’re going to do?”
Sisanie said if Rad brings all three, it can turn into The Bachelor.
“I’m glad I went to your wedding then,” Ryan Seacrest said. Rad said that she feels like the gatekeeper because she doesn’t know if he’s busy during their plans. “Well, you have to ask. They won’t know if you’re gatekeeping the answer.” He ended by saying they should all do an exercise class.
Seacret didn’t just attend Rad’s wedding, he officiated it. Rad married Roby Yadegar on March 15 in Punta Mita, Mexico, with Yadegar’s kids, Olie and Sebie, from a previous relationship, as the ring bearers, and Sofia Carson as a bridesmaid.
Although he wants his friend to set him up, Ryan Seacrest has shared that he “never wants to get married.” He stopped by Live With Kelly and Mark in May and they asked him how officiating went.
“Well, it’s as close to a wedding as I’ve ever gotten, as I ever will be,” he admitted.
After Seacrest shared a story about Tana’s family member and how in love she and her husband looked, Consuelos asked him if that was a hint as to what was to come for him. “Are you thinking about going down that wave, Ryan?”
“Yeah. I’ve given it a lot of thought,” he said.
“Well, at this age now,” he said, referencing him turning 50 in December, “if I got married, it’s like, I’d die soon, so it’s like, ‘What’s the point?’”
“You’ve got a good 17 years left,” Mark Consuelos joked.
Seacrest was most recently in a relationship with model Aubrey Paige Petcosky from 2021 to 2024. They kept their relationship fairly private. He has also dated actress and beauty queen Hilary Cruz, model Shayna Taylor, Julianne Hough, model Jasmine Waltz, and model Shana Wall.
