‘When Calls the Heart’ Season 12 Finale First Look: Elizabeth & Nathan’s Romantic Dance and More

It’s hard to believe that another chapter in Hope Valley is coming to a close. Hallmark has released the first look photos of the When Calls the Heart Season 12 finale, which is set to air on March 23.

Since we’re Swooon, we had to take a moment to point out some notable couples moments (and some we hope to see). As graduation approaches in Hope Valley, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) and Nathan (Kevin McGarry) plan for a happy summer together. Lucas (Chris McNally) and Edie (Miranda MacDougall) race Rosemary (Pascale Hutton) and Bill (Jack Wagner) to find the gold. Meanwhile, the town plans a sweet surprise for Minnie (Viv Leacock).
