‘High Potential’: See Kaitlin Olson & Cast Filming Season 3 in New Behind-the-Scenes Photos
High Potential Season 3 filming is in full swing at ABC as the hit drama continues to come together behind the scenes, and while fans may not be able to tune into the series until the midseason schedule rolls around in 2027, stars Kaitlin Olson, Javicia Leslie, Daniel Sunjata, and more are keeping viewers in-the-know with plenty of great candid photos captured on set.
Along with teasing their filming and production progress, the cast have also offered a glimpse at the newest team behind the show with Olson’s onscreen son Matthew Lamb sharing a photo of himself with new showrunners, sister duo Lilla and Nora Zuckerman. The pair take up the helm after Todd Harthan‘s exit from the role following Season 2’s run.
At the time, in June 2026, Lamb captioned a series of photos, among which was his moment with the Zuckermans, “Best Day Ever at ‘work!’ So excited for Season 3 with our incredible writers and showrunners! Plus the nicest people ever!”
As fans know, ABC‘s hit drama follows LAPD consultant Morgan Gillory (Olson) as she collaborates with detectives and parents her three kids, and Season 2 ended with major cliffhangers, hinting at the potential arrival of her missing ex, Roman, and the stabbing of the new captain, Nick Wagner (Steve Howey). Whether or not these mysteries will be unraveled at the start of next season remains unclear, but the latest updates are sure to stir up excitement for those eager for a small tease from Season 3. I’m very happy Matthew is returning he’s certainly growing. Just hope Wagner doesn’t come back whether Roman does it would be nice for the family to get some closure on this front for better or worse. They all need it. I just don’t think Wagner is the right fit for this show. No chemistry at all. He’s better suited for comedy.
