‘Deli Boys’ First Look: Kumail Nanjiani, Lilly Singh, Fred Armisen & More Guest Star in Season 2
Exclusive
Deli Boys Season 2 is on the way, and TV Insider has an exclusive first look at the star-studded cast of guests set to appear in the forthcoming episodes of the Hulu comedy.
Set to premiere on Thursday, May 28, Deli Boys Season 2 brings the Dar brothers, Mir (Asif Ali) and Raj (Saagar Shaikh), back to TV alongside Auntie Lucky (Poorna Jagannathan) as they’re thrust into the lavish world of a Philadelphia casino magnate, played by guest star Fred Armisen, as seen in the first-look images below.
Meanwhile, as the trio navigates the challenges of their operation while facing unexpected threats along the way, their loyalty will be tested along with their wits and family bonds. In other words, expect some serious drama to unfold as the Dar brothers work to secure their future alongside Lucky.
As viewers may recall, Season 1 followed the brothers as they learned that their father’s convenience store empire wasn’t as legit as they believed, with a secret criminal underbelly operating behind closed doors. In addition to Armisen’s arrival as a new member of the cast, other exciting additions include Lilly Singh and Kumail Nanjiani in guest roles alongside returning favorite Tan France. Meanwhile, Andrew Rannells has been billed as a recurring guest star.
The images below offer some insight, hinting at the casino storyline and some court time for Nanjiani’s apparent lawyer. And Rannells’ character is running for mayor, which could pose some risks for the Dar brothers and Auntie Lucky.
