Who killed Kelton?
That’s the burning question in the Chicago P.D. Season 7 premiere, as the finale left off with the newly elected mayor found murdered in his home. The prime suspect appears to be Voight (Jason Beghe), seen driving away from the scene as the Intelligence Unit arrived.
