Katherine McNamara (Clary Fray)

McNamara joined The CW’s Arrow in 2018, playing Mia Smoak a.k.a. Blackstar, and got a promotion to series regular status for the CW drama’s current eighth and final season. She’s also one-third of the female-led Arrow spinoff idea The CW is developing. In the meantime, she’s filming the CBS All Access limited series The Stand — based on the Stephen King classic — opposite Alexander Skarsgard, Whoopi Goldberg, and Amber Heard.

Harry Shum Jr. (Magnus Bane)

Shum, who’s also known for his fancy footwork on Glee, appeared in this year’s film Escape Plan: The Extractors opposite Sylvester Stallone and 50 Cent and in this year’s Burn opposite Josh Hutcherson. He’ll also reportedly appear in the forthcoming Crazy Rich Asians sequel — following his cameo in the 2018 box office hit — and he’ll guest-star in the upcoming Comedy Central show Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens.

Alisha Wainwright (Maia Roberts)

Wainwright is probably the Shadowhunters star who has made the most headlines lately, for better or worse. She stars in the Netflix sci-fi drama Raising Dion, and she’s currently filming the big-screen drama Palmer with Justin Timberlake, whose hand she was spotted holding in November.
