Cameron Britton, Jack Huston, Gethin Anthony, Carla Gugino, Arliss Howard, Kelly Jenrette and Judith Light star in Manhunt: Deadly Games, broadcast premiere Monday, September 21 on CBS.

Security guard Richard Jewell is lauded as a national hero after he discovers a massive bomb at the Games and saves hundreds of lives by clearing the area.

However, his public identity as a brave citizen quickly erodes when the FBI and the news media, led by driven crime reporter Kathy Scruggs, falsely accuse him of being the bomber.

As Jewell and his mother Bobi fight to clear Jewell’s name, the real perpetrator, Eric Rudolph, remains at large and undetected as he carries out a series of bombings.

Rudolph’s increased criminal activity puts him on the radar of ATF Agent Earl Embry who helps to shift the FBI investigation away from Jewell.

Rudolph hides from authorities by escaping to the mountainous wilderness of North Carolina and launches a devious counterattack with the help of local militia groups.

Under immense political pressure, FBI agents Jack Brennan and Stacey Knox find themselves at the forefront of the largest fugitive manhunt in the agency’s history to find him.

To bring Rudolph to justice, the FBI must accept the truth of Jewell’s innocence and find common ground with their enemies.
