It’s official, Chris Hardwick is returning to TV, but not just AMC — the TV personality will assume his hosting duties for NBC’s The Wall once more, and guest judge on America’s Got Talent as well.

According to Variety, Hardwick’s return to TV will be with NBC before AMC, as he’s set to appear on the network next week.

Announced at the end of July, Hardwick — who had been accused of abusive behavior by ex-girlfriend Chloe Dykstra — will resume his hosting duties for AMC’s post-Walking Dead talk-show Talking Dead. Further details about Hardwick’s position with AMC weren’t revealed, as the fate of his talk-show with them, Talking with Chris Hardwick remains a mystery.

While the host is set to appear on Talking Dead August 12,  Hardwick will make his first TV appearance since the investigation by AMC concluded, when he serves as a guest judge on America’s Got Talent. A few days later he’ll appear on The Talking Dead to discuss Fear the Walking Dead.

Hardwick’s other show, NBC’s The Wall, will resume production as he takes on hosting duties and producing this fall. The breakout game show will enter its third season on the network.

It’s unclear if NBC conducted their own investigation of Hardwick or whether they’re taking AMC’s conclusion in stride. Either way, the host will return to the small screen.
