‘Letterman’s Paul Shaffer Comes to the Rescue on Disney XD’s ‘The 7D’ (VIDEO)
Who ya gonna call when an evil wizard is out to destroy Jollywood? Paul Shaffer! The former Late Show With David Letterman sidekick will guest star on the Disney XD animated hit The 7D (Saturday, Sept. 12, 11am/10c). His role: The Singing Scroll, a high-octane dude—sporting Shaffer’s trademark sunglasses—who shows the Seven Dwarfs how to find the seven magic gems that will save their precious kingdom.
Also lending their voices to the episode are recurring cast members Jay Leno, as the Crystal Ball, and Whoopi Goldberg, as Magic Mirror. Here’s an exclusive preview:
