Summer is here, which means the temperatures are rising while the choices for original TV programming are fading. We are right in the middle of the television doldrums, since the spring shows have wrapped their seasons and we wait for the new crop of summer hits to premiere. So tonight, stay air conditioned and watch two of our favorite TV funnymen—New Girl‘s Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans, Jr.—in their big screen collaboration Let’s Be Cops. When the buddies dress as police officers for a costume party, they take on the persona of real-life law enforcement and realize they can fool the general public. But they quickly fall into some real-life trouble when they get caught up with an Albanian mobster. Along with supporting cast members Rob Riggle and Nina Dobrev, Let’s Be Cops is the perfect way to relax and laugh after a long week of work. Book ’em!
