Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix, now streaming)

I have a confession to make. Even with the positive buzz, critical praise, and Tina Fey pedigree, it took me two whole weeks to finally watch Netflix's newest comedy, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Friends and Twitter followers were already quoting lines and singling out their favorite moments, so before any true spoilers were able to leak, I was able to sit down and watch the first episode, which quickly turned into six. Everything about this show lives up to the hype: the intelligent, whip-smart writing; the hilarious performances, led masterfully by Ellie Kemper; even the theme song, which quickly morphs into an ear worm almost impossible to eradicate. So this weekend, grab a glass of your finest pinot noir and make the time to catch one episode (or six) of this can't-miss comedy. You'll thank us later.
