‘The Price Is Right’ Fans Go Wild for ‘Best Episode of Season’: Here’s What They Loved
The Price Is Right is stepping it up. Fans of the game show claimed that the Halloween episode was the “best of the season so far.” They listed reasons as to why they think that.
“Best show of the season today. Loved the work put into the set and costumes,” a Reddit user wrote on October 30. The Price Is Right celebrated Halloween on Friday since the holiday fell on a Saturday.
The cast transformed into characters from Dungeons & Dragons. Host Drew Carey transformed into “The Wizard,” announcer George Gray took flight as “The Dragon,” and models James O’Halloran and Alexis Gaube joined the quest as “The Warrior” and “Ranger Elf.”
Contestants tried to win magical prizes, legendary loot, and mountains of treasure in Lucky $even, Cliffhangers, The Lion’s Share, and more. Cash, luxury cars, and exotic trips were up for grabs.
The set was decked out in Halloween and D&D-themed props. Contestants did not dress up, but the cast went all out.
