Get ready to conjure up all the spookiness on The Price Is Right and Let’s Make a Deal this October. The game shows will be hosting Halloween-themed episodes filled with spooky games and trips, as well as a Dungeons and Dragons theme.

The shows will celebrate the holiday on Friday, October 30, since Halloween falls on a Saturday this year. First up, Let’s Make a Deal gets into the Halloween spirit as their set is decked out in a frightening forest. The episode will be filled with spooky games, creepy surprises, and plenty of tricks and treats!

Contestants will risk a haunted spin for a luxury vehicle while others will unveil a trip to Venice, Italy, and a haunted gondola ride under eerie lanterns. Announcer Jonathan Mangum will conjure up spooky tales that leave clues for contestants during other games. Some players will try to win $10,000 without getting attacked by the Zonk! Host Wayne Brady will also give away trips to Alcatraz in San Francisco and a vampire tour in New Orleans. The contestants will be even more dressed up than they normally are.

On The Price Is Right, host Drew Carey transforms into “The Wizard,” announcer George Gray takes flight as “The Dragon,” and models James O’Halloran and Alexis Gaube join the quest as “The Warrior” and “Ranger Elf.”

Contestants will try to win magical prizes, legendary loot, and mountains of treasure in Lucky $even, Cliffhangers, The Lion’s Share, and more. Cash, luxury cars, and exotic trips are up for grabs. Contestants must survive the ultimate Halloween quest in order to win.

“The costume department goes wild with it. They always come up with a theme for the whole show,” O’Halloran told us at the start of the season. “If you haven’t caught one of the themed Halloween episodes in the past, they really go all out.”

The game show is celebrating 55 years this season, as well as Carey’s 20th year as host. Special episodes will be celebrated for those milestones.
