‘The Price Is Right’s Manuela Arbeláez Shares Hilarious Cupcake Video — Fans React
This works like a charm! The Price Is Right model Manuela Arbeláez shared a hilarious cupcake video with her followers after telling them how she stays in shape while eating junk.
“So, you guys know how I’m always looking for ways to stay fit, how to balance having a healthy lifestyle, but also giving yourself room for treats and guilty pleasures,” she said. Make sure you watch the video until the end.
“Q4 is a big time for that. We have Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. I saw this girl on Instagram who has the three-bite rule. I thought, ‘That’s brilliant,’ so here’s how it works.”
Arbeláez sat outside in a workout outfit, holding a Halloween-themed cupcake in her hand. She took the wrapping off and then demonstrated the three-bite rule. “The first bite is always going to be that introduction bite to your treat,” she said. The model took a normal-sized bite and hummed. “That’s when you’re like, ‘Yes!’, shock to the system, ‘This is good.”

“But you’re not quite there yet. You took a little bit of the frosting, a little bit of the cake, but you really need that second bite to really dig into it,” she said. Arbeláez then took a second bite, which she said allows you to get all of the flavors and composition of the treat.
The game show model then took off the whole wrapper and said that by the third bite, you’re thinking you only need one more bite. “So, then for your last bite, you just go…” Arbeláez took the rest of the cupcake and shoved the whole thing into her mouth.
She couldn’t help but laugh at the end before ending the video. “Works like a charm,” the post was captioned.
Fans reacted to her hilarious method in the comments. “What if one bite is the whole cupcake tho…” one asked.
“Then you eat 2 more cupcakes. Simple math,” Arbeláez replied with a laughing emoji.
“Sorry, but I do the three cupcake rule,” another wrote. The model said that she “supports this.”
“I have no idea where this was going,” a third added.
“Thought I was on the wrong side of the internet for a second,” a follower said.
“I am liking this rule,” one fan commented. Many others simply left crying laughing emojis.
Fans were shocked at the video since the model is normally one to share workout routines and her daily healthy meals.
