‘The Price Is Right’ Contestant Plays Perfect Game — Did She Win the Car?
Sometimes a perfect game doesn’t always mean a win on The Price Is Right. A contestant had no mistakes as she tried to win a car.
Gaile Gonzalez’s win was reposted to The Price Is Right‘s Instagram on October 26. Her show originally broadcast on May 19, 2026, when she won the fifth item up for bid.
She bid $1,100 on a pair of NAVEE 700w scooters and helmets. She had the lowest bid, but since all of the other bids were over $1,247, Gonzalez won and got to come to the stage to play a game for another prize.
The game show contestant played Stack the Deck for a Hyundai Elantra SE. “I need a car so bad,” Gonzalez said.
“Good luck,” host Drew Carey replied.
Gonzalez had to try to guess the price of the car in order to win it. She could try to win up to three of the five numbers. The contestant had to guess which item out of two was the price shown.

The first two items were an over-the-counter inhaler and a utility spray. The price listed was $13.49, and Gonzalez guessed the utility spray. She was right and earned a number. Gonzalez chose the third, which was revealed to be a five.
The next set of items was a small container of cottage cheese or Ruffles Flaming Hot chips for $2.19. Gonzalez chose the cottage cheese and was right again. The contestant chose the fourth number, which was six.
The final two items were Nair hair removal cream and a bottle of wing sauce. Gonzalez chose the wing sauce for $4.49. She was correct and chose the last number, which was eight.
Gonzalez only had to choose from two, three, four, or eight for the final two numbers. She chose two for the first number.
The Price Is Right contestant chose four for the second number, which would make the car $24,568. “She played this game perfectly,” Carey said. “No mistakes. Let’s see if she picked the lucky number.”
The numbers were correct, so Gonzalez won a new car, which she immediately sat in. The contestant then made it to the Showcase Showdown, where she spun a .95. She tied with contestant Joe and spun again. Gonzalez spun a .95 again, and won this time since Joe spun a .60.
Gonzalez bid $37,067 on a five-night stay at the Box House Hotel in New York, a Black 2026 Civic, and a durable GreenBed package and bug house.
The actual retail price was $39,378, making the difference $2,311. She won by $62 since her opponent’s difference was $2,353.
